All submitted abstracts will undergo a review. The abstract should clearly indicate the aims and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper.
Abstract text length should not be less than 250 words and should not be longer than 600 words and should be in English.
TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS
You can present your projects/ papers in three modalities: in person (either oral or poster presentation) or virtually (non-attending authors). Please, specify the type of your contribution as the “Category” when submitting the abstract via EasyChair system.
The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
Attending in person - Oral presentation:
Each presentation will last 15 minutes and will be presented in parallel thematic sessions. You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation before the conference.
Attending in person - Poster presentation:
Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of their papers. Authors are invited to present their works face to face to individuals and small groups.
Non-attending authors- Virtual presentation:
If you wish your paper to be published in the INTCESS14 Publications, but you are not able to attend the INTCESS14 Conference in person, you can submit your abstract as “virtual presentation”. Virtual presentations of registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the INTCESS14 Proceedings CD, a participation certificate, an author certificate and an invoice of the registration fee. Paper submission and registration deadlines are also restrictive for virtual authors.
While submitting papers, authors should indicate their presentation preference: "oral", "poster" or "virtual".

PROCESS OF SENDING YOUR ABSTRACT VIA EASYCHAIR
Step 1- Creating an EasyChair Account: (If you already have an EasyChair account from a previous conference, use your existing account for this conference, skip this step and start from Step 2). Go to the Easychair INTCESS14 submission page, you should register first – just click at the “sign up for an account” link at the login page and fill in the form. The system will send you an e-mail with the instructions how to finish the registration.
NOTE: Some mails servers at universities “filter out” the automatic e-mails send by the EasyChair system. In case you do not receive an e-mail from EasyChair (it may take some time), try to find it in “junk” e-mails. Sometimes this does not help and it is necessary to use another e-mail address. (According to our experience, gmail addresses work well.)
In case you forgot your username or password for your EasyChair account, follow the link after the words “If you have problems to sign in” at the login page.
